Fortunately, the ESS 488 AudioDrive used in the PC110 will emulate an early SoundBlaster card. I'd recommend that you use PS2 to set your IRQ to 5 and DMA to 1, then set up your DOS application to use the following:

My PC110 is currently sat next to me running DOOM, with all the sounds and music playing quite happily. Shame about the blur on the dual-scan screen :-) I've also got Transport Tycoon on there, and that likes the SoundBlaster emulation too.
